Why are my requests not sending?

Check:

  1. Profile execution window.
  2. Daily limit settings.
  3. Whether contacts are queued in the current step.

My campaign is paused. Why?

Common reasons:

  1. Daily activity limit reached.
  2. Profile/session issue.
  3. Configuration issue in steps.

How do I disconnect a LinkedIn profile?

Open the profile settings in Sonity and remove or disconnect the profile from the workspace. Confirm that no active campaigns are bound to it before disconnecting.

Can I keep my browser closed while campaigns run?

Yes. Sonity runs server-side and does not require your browser to stay open.

How do I safely increase campaign volume?

Increase slowly over time, monitor acceptance and reply rates, and reduce limits immediately if performance drops.
