LinkedIn Limits

Estimated reading time: 3 minutes.

Sonity automates LinkedIn activity for you and manages account safety limits.

You control campaign intensity (daily volume, campaign type, and schedule), and Sonity enforces protection rules in the background.

If those limits are exceeded, Sonity can throttle your account activity to prevent additional LinkedIn action blocks.

How Sonity handles limits

  1. Sonity monitors account activity and pacing.
  2. Sonity applies throttling when risk signals appear.
  3. Sonity can delay, pause, or reduce actions automatically.
  4. Sonity cannot force actions when LinkedIn has already blocked them.

What you may see when limits are exceeded

  1. Temporary slowdown in campaign execution.
  2. Delayed or paused actions.
  • Connection requests: usually 80-100/day on healthy paid accounts.
  • Free accounts: significantly lower safe ranges, especially with notes.
  • Profile retrieval: around 100/day per account is a common safe baseline.
  • Search retrieval: split broad searches into smaller filtered segments.
  • InMail: keep activity paced and randomized.

Final note

As Sonity, we manage automation limits for your account. If thresholds are exceeded, we can throttle account activity to protect account health and reduce LinkedIn restrictions.
